Cynthia is highly proactive, responsive and trustworthy. I felt she showed great listening skills which gives her an edge in negotiating. Often it can feel like a Realtor is just checking boxes to close the deal, but I felt Cynthia really cared and worked for what was in my best interest. She has been helpful in all cases when I have purchased a home, an investment property, and when I sold a home. 

Cindy was thorough and absolutely easy to work with. She was honest and helpful, so when any question came up she didn’t hesitate to answer — even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. She kept everything on track and even took on some extra negotiation that we learned about after closing our sale. She’s great at what she does and I highly recommend her services.
